Trash rack and duty-cycle pumps

This one was a single-person build: the screens, the alarm handling and the logic that rotates duty across pumps so wear stays even.

The PLC side mattered as much as the HMI. Validating the add-on instructions and tracing latching and reset logic was part of getting the system to behave exactly as the operators expected.
